Vertical 4-Track
Vertical 4-track windows, like all EZE Breeze windows, are custom-made to fit each individual opening.
The Vertical 4-track windows consist of 4 panels, that slide up and down on individual tracks. These are the most popular windows that EZE Breeze has because you can get so much more ventilation through them.
VERTICAL 4-TRACK WINDOW OPTIONS:
- Equal vents
- 4 or 3-track vent option
- Outside mount – these screw to frames from the outside (not recommended for higher installations)
- Inside mount – these screw on the inside of a porch, great for the porches that are on the second floor or higher up)
- Every window has a screen already installed on it.
Horizontal Side Slider
Horizontal sliders are a great fit for large openings and open views.
They can be locked to each other to make the window stronger against high winds or simply to make more secure.

Cabana Door
The EZE-Breeze cabana door has the same options as the EZE-Breeze windows. you can choose frame color, vinyl tint, and screen options. Choose your swing, hardware color, vertical window or fixed vinyl, and even add a custom height kick plate maybe to accommodate a dog door.
There a multiple standard sizes for the cabana door and are noted on the quote form.

Fixed Windows and Trapezoids
The EZE-Breeze lip frame is perfect for openings that are to small for a window or the transom area above the door.
These windows can be used above any of the EZE Breeze windows if the height is to much for just an EZE Breeze window. Don’t forget if you use these as transoms you will need to order 2 x 2 pieces from us to mull the units together.
These can also be used on rooms that are high up off the ground where you may have pickets or obstructions to where a window will not work.
Garage Side Slider
Take your garage to another level. Our SS30 can transform your garage into a gym, a hobby room, a playroom, or whatever you can imagine. The Side Slider:
- Is made with sturdy, high-quality aluminum frames
- Is custom-built to fit your garage
- Includes panels that glide easily on large, neoprene wheels, then latch securely into place
- Features a kickplate at the bottom, providing extra strength and preventing damage to panels – including from cars
